You must ensure that the location you have chosen for your Wood Essentials
Medicine Cabinet has the appropriate conditions for a successful
installation. Adequate blocking is necessary to support the weight of the
cabinet and secure it safely in place. In the case of the recessed cabinet,
framing members, pipes, or other encumbrances may need to be relocated. We
recommend that you consult with an architect or contractor and have the
cabinet professionally installed by a competent tradesperson. Installation
notes are shipped with each cabinet. They may also be obtained separately
(in advance of shipping) upon request.
Because our cabinets are custom built to order, a lead time of 3 to 5 weeks
is required to complete your order. Feel free to call us for our current

Cabinet returns are by prior arrangement only. Cabinets damaged during shipping
will be replaced with the identical model. Returns not due to damage during
transit must be at your expense and will be subject to a 25% restocking
charge. We will not accept return of cabinets damaged by faulty
installation, or cabinets which were ordered unfinished if finish has been
applied. Cabinets must be returned in original condition, with original
packing materials. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. |
