Please note:

• There is a standard shipping charge of $33 per cabinet for delivery by UPS ground, or you can arrange to pick up your cabinets by appointment from our workshop in Brooklyn, NY at no charge. For custom-sized medicine cabinets, additional shipping charges may apply.
• $10 Discount: Subtract $10 per cabinet if paying by check.

Selection & Preparation

• You must ensure that the location you have chosen for your Wood Essentials Medicine Cabinet has the appropriate conditions for a successful installation.
• Adequate blocking and/or framing are necessary to support the weight of the cabinet and secure it safely in place. In the case of the recessed cabinet, framing members, pipes, or other encumbrances within your bathroom wall may need to be relocated. If this is not practical, we recommend that you order our wall-mounted medicine cabinet.
• We recommend that you consult with an architect or contractor and have your new medicine cabinet professionally installed by a competent tradesperson or contractor.
• Installation instructions and notes are shipped with each cabinet. Upon request, they may be obtained in advance of shipping.

Schedule

Because our cabinets are custom built, a lead time of 3 to 5 weeks is required to complete your order. Feel free to call us for our current completion schedule, phone number on the contact page.

Payment

We accept Visa/Mastercard and checks/money orders.

Returns

Cabinet returns are by prior arrangement only. Cabinets damaged during shipping will be replaced with the identical model. Returns not due to damage during transit must be at your expense and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. We cannot accept return of cabinets damaged by faulty installation, or cabinets that were ordered unfinished if finish has been applied. Cabinets must be returned in original condition, with original packing materials. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Tax

Cabinets shipped within New York State or picked up from our shop may be subject to sales tax. This is exempted in certain cases. Call us for details.

Shipping

Shipping is normally via UPS ground. Depending on your distance from our shop in Brooklyn, New York (zip code 11211), delivery takes one to five business days. Overnight or two day air shipping is available. Call us for details.
